  Job Description
  • Develop, own, and manage budgets, forecasts, and rolling financial plans aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct detailed financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) to provide financial insights that drive growth and profitability.
  • Analyse cost structures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Partner with supply chain and operations to optimise inventory levels, reduce working capital, and improve cash flow management.
  • Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Lead process improvements in financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis tools (e.g., BI platforms, ERP systems).
    
    
  The Successful Applicant
  • 5+ years proven experience in commercial finance, preferably within FMCG, retail, or a fast-paced consumer environment.
  • Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Solid understanding of commercial drivers such as pricing, trade spend, cost control, and profitability analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent business partnering abilities with the capacity to communicate complex financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Worked in a multinational environment previously.
