EHPlabs is home to iconic products like OxyShred, IsoPept, and Beyond BCAA — and we're looking for a seasoned Accounts Payable Officer to streamline, automate, and drive efficiency in our global AP processes.About the Role:Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, who's ready to take ownership of AP operations across multiple regions and currencies.
You'll bring a track record of reducing processing time through automation, smart systems use, and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Own and manage the AP mailbox; ensure timely capture and workflow routing of vendor invoicesProcess and code inventory and non-inventory invoices in NetSuite, including PO and GRN matchingRun and reconcile weekly payment batches, both domestic and internationalLead monthly vendor reconciliations and ensure timely issue resolutionCollaborate with operations, logistics, and procurement teams on freight, 3PL, and landed cost invoicesDrive automation initiatives to reduce manual touchpoints and cut AP cycle timePrepare AP-related journals and accruals for month-end closeSupport intercompany reconciliations and rechargesEnsure compliance with GST, VAT, and internal controls across AP workflowsAbout you:2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) rolesHands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred)Proven success in AP process automation, implementing tools or redesigning workflowsStrong reconciliation, data accuracy, and vendor management skillsExcellent time management, able to meet tight deadlines in a high-growth environmentCollaborative mindset with strong communication across finance and non-finance teamsNice to have:Exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency AP processingBackground in ecommerce, FMCG, or global supply chain environmentsFamiliarity with landed cost accounting, GST treatment, and intercompany AP/AP eliminationsAbout EHP:At EHPlabs we are about leading health and fitness through our ethos of 'we rise by lifting others'.
