Responsibilities
  • Lead sourcing initiatives including RFIs and RFPs to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with business goals.
  • Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements; develop procurement strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide governance to ensure adherence to procurement policies; identify efficiency opportunities and promote vendor consolidation.
  • Deliver savings targets, manage commercial risks, address disputes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Influence change, optimise vendor relationships, and manage complex procurement tasks while balancing timelines and priorities.
  • Collaborate regularly with internal teams including Legal, Risk, and Finance to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in IT procurement.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing requirements in the technology space.
  • High attention to detail; advanced communication and collaborative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong time management and multitasking abilities to manage multiple sourcing events and negotiations.
  • Strategic thinker, commercially astute, solutions-focused, and proactive in identifying opportunities for cost savings and improved service delivery.
  • Accountability, customer-centric mindset, and commitment to compliance and safety standards; ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders from Legal, Risk, and Finance.
