Help shape smarter procurement processes with a flexible work environment and purpose-driven impact.
About Our ClientThis is a large, well-known Australian business with a strong consumer presence and a rich history. It operates nationally and plays a long-standing role in community impact and entertainment. Internally, the culture is inclusive, purpose-driven, and committed to flexibility and employee wellbeing. You'll be joining a stable, established organisation that values innovation, people, and ethical sourcing. The team is collaborative and outcome-focused with excellent leadership and structure.
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for preparing reports, dashboards, and stakeholder insights to support procurement activity and decision-making. You'll work closely with senior leadership and category managers to analyze supplier performance, spend visibility, market trends, and risk factors.
You will also support ESG and modern slavery reporting by gathering and interpreting supplier data. This is a growing focus area, and you'll play a key role in ensuring business compliance and ethical sourcing.
Process improvement will be a focus, including refining workflows, updating procurement templates and policies, and identifying automation opportunities using tools like Power BI or Excel. An interest in emerging technologies, including AI, is beneficial but not essential.
The role requires strong collaboration with the procurement team, managing your priorities while supporting the broader function and delivering quality work on time.
The Successful ApplicantYou're a detail-oriented analyst with a passion for procurement data. You have strong Excel skills, capable of building reports and dashboards. Experience with Power BI or Oracle is a plus but not mandatory.
You enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and supporting smarter decision-making. You're collaborative, proactive, and able to manage your workload independently while contributing to team goals.
Strong communication skills are essential, especially in explaining data insights to non-technical stakeholders. You're comfortable presenting and building relationships across the business.
You might be in a procurement support, commercial analyst, or junior sourcing role, seeking broader exposure to procurement's strategic aspects like sustainability, risk, and performance.
This role is ideal for someone with technical ability, a team mindset, and a desire to grow within a reputable, forward-thinking company.
What's On OfferJoin a team that values collaboration, balance, and professional development. The company has a strong community reputation and a clear purpose, making it a great place to build your procurement career.
Flexible work arrangements and a hybrid model are available. Benefits include generous leave options, volunteer days, purchased leave, inclusive parental leave, and wellbeing programs.
Learning and development resources are accessible across leadership, technology, and procurement to support your career growth.
