We invite you to take on a leading role in this team as our Marketing Operations Lead.

In this role, you'll be the key coordinator behind our marketing machine ensuring our creative, digital, and content teams are aligned, efficient, and empowered to deliver high-impact campaigns. You'll lead the charge in optimising workflows, managing our marketing tech stack, and partnering closely with operational leaders and other teams to ensure we are aligned with wider business objectives.

Partnering closely with and reporting to the Marketing Director you will:

• Streamline: Design and refine marketing workflows, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with impact.
• Coordinate: Oversee campaign operations, content calendars, and team utilisation while supporting creative ideation and execution.
• Optimise: Manage and innovate our marketing platforms, reporting dashboards, and vendor relationships to ensure we're always improving.
• Collaborate: Build strong relationships with teams such as Talent and Operational Leaders to understand their needs and tailor campaigns accordingly.
  
  

Excitingly, we see this as a role with a clear runway in the future to develop into a more formal manager position with close mentoring from the Marketing Director.

About You

You're an experienced marketer who knows how to drive success in a fast-paced and challenging market. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems, and know how to bring out the best in your team. Just as importantly, you know how to speak to newer generations on the platforms they spend their time on, whether they are participants or young clinicians seeking work opportunities.

You'll Bring

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally with team leadership
• Proven success across paid search, social, email, web, and creative campaigns
• Experience with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, GA4, and more
• A knack for stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a Marketing Discipline will be highly regarded, though not essential.
