Overview

We\'re seeking a Broome-based Maintenance Manager to oversee our 24/7 field and workshop operations, ensuring OEM-standard servicing, repairs, and fleet uptime for heavy mobile equipment, earthmoving machinery, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily coordination of field-based Service Personnel outside of the Broome Workshop.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of our maintenance services.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Client Base through regular contact and forward planning demand.
  • Contribute to the growth of our Services Team through recruitment and incentive-based bonus.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Heavy Diesel (HD) Mechanical maintenance, including diagnostics, repairs, and major component overhauls.
  • Strong supervisory experience leading multi-disciplined teams (e.g, HD Fitters, Auto Electricians, A/C Technicians, and apprentices).
  • Ability to manage workshop solutions, parts supply, and field service vehicles in demanding site conditions.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and reducing client costs through innovative end-to-end management.
