Your Mission

As Transaction Manager, you'll take the reins on some of the most interesting and complex property transactions in the market. Your remit covers:

  • Strategic Origination – Sourcing off-market and early-stage opportunities through your network, market intelligence, and commercial creativity.
  • Underwriting & Analysis – Building robust financial models, stress-testing scenarios, and crafting deal structures that maximise value while managing risk.
  • Due Diligence & Structuring – Coordinating legal, technical, tax, and planning reviews to ensure no stone is left unturned.
  • Negotiation & Execution – Leading commercial negotiations, drafting terms, and closing deals with speed and precision.
  • Partnership Building – Engaging with high-calibre capital partners, developers, and advisers to align on vision and execution.
  • Post-Acquisition Impact – Ensuring a seamless handover to development, asset management, and finance teams to set projects up for long-term success.
You Bring
  • A proven track record delivering complex commercial, industrial or mixed-use property transactions - from origination through to settlement.
  • The ability to navigate both investment and development deals, with an understanding of core-plus, value-add, and opportunistic strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen - not just running the numbers, but interpreting them to influence strategy.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset - spotting angles, unlocking hidden value, and finding a path to "yes" where others see a dead end.
  • The confidence to engage at boardroom level with institutional capital, and the commercial empathy to work seamlessly with developers, agents, and stakeholders on the ground.
  • Discipline in execution, attention to detail, and the stamina to handle high-velocity deal flow without losing clarity or focus.
  • A collaborative approach, mentoring junior talent while pushing the bar higher for the whole team.
