Your tasks

• Prepare variance reports to support project and engineering management decision making;
• Provide project administration support to the Project;
• Provide support to the delivery of project reviews and meetings including gathering presentation material and minute recording;
• Coordinate the closure of project actions;
• Coordinate the project onboarding and induction activities;
• Provide project clerical support to the Program Manager as required;
• Coordinate project meetings for both the internal team and external stakeholders
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Have excellent analytical and communication skills;
• High levels of coordination skills and time management skills
• Have some knowledge of project management, financial forecasting and scheduling;
• Have excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ideally have some experience using MS Project;
• Be eligible to gain and/or hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance
• Must be an Australian citizen
