Recycler/Storeroom Assistant - Moorabbin

Location: Moorabbin, VIC, Australia. Employment type: Part time, 7.30am – 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. This role is part of the recycling and production (warehouse) team within Savers Australia.

About The Role

Reporting to the Production Manager at our Moorabbin store, we are recruiting team members/storepeople to join our recycling and production (warehouse) team.

A Typical Day Might Include
  • Providing support to the production team
  • Keeping sellable and recyclable items out of landfill
  • Replenishment of hangers and stationery for each work station
  • Working with your team to meet daily production targets
  • Supporting our safety culture
  • Unloading trucks and operating industrial equipment including balers, bin lifters and walkie stackers
  • Meeting and engaging with customers and donors, and sharing the Savers story to ensure an excellent Savers experience
About You
  • Availability for Part Time hours, Monday to Friday – 7.30am to 3.30pm
  • A team player who enjoys helping others to meet team goals
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment (retail, production, warehousing, or hospitality)
