Overview

Join Eden Academy Pascoe Vale as the Lead Educator - Nursery. Eden Academy is a child-safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

We operate from 7:00am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 78 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

Could you be our next caring and experienced Lead Educator? Each day, you'll be greeted by the bright, happy smiles of our littlest learners in the cosy and nurturing Nursery room at our Pascoe Vale centre.

About You
  • You're an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
  • Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
  • You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
  • Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
  • Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
  • Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning
What You'll Bring
  • MUST hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
  • Australian Working Rights
  • A professional and friendly personal presentation
  • Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
  • A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
  • Full availability to work Monday to Friday with flexibility across all shift patterns
  • Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
