The Warehouse Coordinator (WC) is responsible for all daily warehouse activities, overseeing goods flow into, across and out of the TTH Sydney site and ensuring all SHE and Quality requirements are met and adhered to. This role is to ensure safe traffic management on-site, including the loading/unloading of trucks and managing inventory for incoming raw materials and bulk intermediates. Additionally, this position requires planning, organizing, and coordinating efficient movements across the site to facilitate the timely picking and packing of customer orders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Safe and efficient operation of all warehouses on site (including a -50°C and -20°C walk-in freezer)
  • Plan resources (people and material) ensuring warehouse operations continue uninterrupted, supporting the business's ability to deliver customer orders on time and in full – this includes work allocation and relevant SAP transactions
  • Oversee departmental PPE, consumables and materials to ensure availability to maintain safe and efficient warehouse operation
  • Closely collaborate with Packing Coordinator to ensure transfer and staging of material in and out of packing areas
  • Implement and champion company policies and improvements, including (but not limited to) risk assessments, JSA's, GMP, HACCP, Work Instructions, Auditing, SHE and MANUFEX where applicable
  • Lead DICI initiatives within area, acting as ITF lead where applicable while demonstrating and promoting a Continuous Improvement mindset every day

You bring

  • Over 5 years of work experience in a similar role within a Food Manufacturing pick/pack or warehousing environment
  • Demonstrated experience in inventory management
  • Familiarity with and competency using SAP
  • Understanding of MRP (raw materials)
  • Forklift license
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
