Job Description:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll functions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and awards.
  • Process employee benefits and superannuation.
  • Conduct regular payroll audits.
  • Provide payroll reports to the management team.
  • Handle payroll enquiries from staff.
  • Maintain employee data in the payroll system.
  • Work collaboratively within the Accounting & Finance team.
The Successful Applicant:

To be successful as a Payroll Officer PT, you should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting & Finance.
  • Proficient skills in using payroll software.
  • Experience in a standalone position is advantageous.
  • Experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and awards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
