The Office Manager role at BreezEQ Accounting will ensure efficient and smooth daily operations within the firm. This role involves managing a range of administrative tasks, including client communications, scheduling and planning, office management, ASIC document management and data handling. Additionally the role will involve some Personal Assistance to the CEO, and client and staff onboarding/offboarding. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining an organised and professional environment, significantly contributing to the quality of service provided to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a range of administrative tasks including client communications, scheduling and planning, and office management.
  • Handle ASIC document management and data handling.
  • Provide Personal Assistance to the CEO and assist with client and staff onboarding/offboarding.
  • Maintain an organised and professional environment to support high-quality service for clients.
About You
  • Detail oriented and proactive with a strong focus on accuracy and organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritising in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Xero, Xero Practice Manager (XPM), Practice Ignition, FYI Docs, Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), or BGL 360 is advantageous.
  • A committed team player eager to engage in continuous learning and contribute to the firm\'s success.
Qualifications
  • Administrative experience with office management and client services preferred.
  • Knowledge of or exposure to accounting software mentioned above is advantageous.

Pay and How to Apply
  • Base pay range: A$75,000.00/yr - A$85,000.00/yr
