The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) invites applications for the Program Officer roles in the Fellowship Support Program.

As a Program Officer - Fellowship Support Program, you will provide administrative support for our GP training program. You will report to the Team Lead – FSP and be responsible for managing registrar case support, coordinating training activities, maintaining program databases, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of GP training and compliance with policies.
You will also:
- Provide high-level customer service to registrars and coordinate their training activities with medical educators and operational staff.
- Monitor program databases to track registrar progress and ensure timely delivery of relevant information.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for registrar-related inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
