Program Officer - Fellowship Support Program

This is a part-time, fixed-term opportunity located anywhere in Australia.

  • 0.8FTE (four days per week)
  • Fixed term for 12 months

The position offers flexible work arrangements, full charitable status salary packaging and additional paid leave over Christmas.

This role is with a leading National Health and Education member-based organisation.

The annual salary is $89,152 (based on 1.0FTE) plus superannuation and salary sacrifice.

About the Role

As a Program Officer - Fellowship Support Program, you will provide administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of fast-paced and rapidly growing GP training programs.

You will report to the Team Lead – FSP and be responsible for managing registrar case support, coordinating training activities, maintaining program databases and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service to a cohort of FSP registrars and coordinate their training activities with medical educators and operational staff.
  • Monitor program databases to track registrar progress and ensure timely delivery of relevant information.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for registrar-related inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
