As a Program Support Officer in the Researcher Development Unit, you will be at the heart of supporting academic growth at the University of Melbourne.
You will gain invaluable experience in coordinating professional development programs, managing events, and providing crucial administrative support.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate Research Development Programs: Provide administrative and operational support for RDU programs, ensuring smooth execution of in-person and online sessions.
- Manage Event Logistics: Organise, set up, and attend program sessions, maintaining attendance records and managing Canvas LMS enrolments.
- Enhance Participant Experience: Support a high-quality experience through email correspondence and assist with promotional activities for program sessions.
- Collaborate Across the University: Attend meetings as an RDU representative and work respectfully with academics and professional staff at all levels.
Key requirements include a well-organised and adaptable professional with strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced academic environment.
