I'm currently partnering with a leading fintech company to find a Recruiter for a 12-month contract role. About the Role

In this role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on hiring experienced professionals across technology and risk & control domains. You'll work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies that attract the best talent in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, negotiating, and closing.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external sourcing partners.
  • Develop creative strategies to engage passive candidates.
  • Use data and insights to improve hiring outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects the company's culture and values.

About You

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within financial services, tech, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with technology and control-related roles is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.
  • Proficient in tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel.
