  • Canberra based position

  • 1 year contract with 5 years visibility

  • NV1 mandatory

Take the lead in operationalising the platforms that underpin a major federal transformation program. As Technology & Tools Manager, you'll shape strategy, oversee deployments, and ensure ITSM platforms like ServiceNow deliver stability, automation, and measurable outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement technology & tool strategies aligned with program goals

  • Manage deployments, upgrades, and ensure platforms meet service standards

  • Drive multi-tenant ServiceNow implementations and automation initiatives

  • Ensure operational efficiency and platform stability through governance

  • Engage stakeholders and drive continuous improvement of ITSM tools

Skills & Experience 

  • Proven background in ServiceNow / ITSM leadership

  • Experience with platform upgrades, multi-tenant environments, and automation

  • Strong governance and service quality focus

  • Ability to align technology tools with business objectives
