Change Manager - Operational Risk and Compliance

An exceptional contract opportunity for a hands-on Senior Change Manager with a strong background working on Business Changes to meet Operational Risk and Compliance requirements.

In order to support the Compliance to CPS220/230 mandated by APRA, an experienced Change Manager is required to establish the Change Plan, Impact Assessment and Tasks required to support a smooth and effective transition.

This is an exceptional contract opportunity and will require the successful individual to be Hands-on in driving the Change activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Impact Assessment for identification of impacted business areas, including Processes, functions and Systems and subsequently develop Business Readiness Plans.
  • Develop Change Management Strategies, Tactical Change Plans and Roadmaps that align to the Business Objectives and Goals.
  • Develop a Change Communication Plan to ensure that relevant Stakeholders are engaged, understand the Change and are adequately prepared.
  • Develop and Drive appropriate Communication to facilitate understanding and acceptance of Change throughout the broader business.
  • Liaise with and obtain buy-in from Key Business Stakeholders.
  • Coach and Mentor Project Team around Key Change Management activities and considerations.
  • Execute the change management plan to ensure that project outcomes are achieved.
  • Help define, lead and coordinate Training and L&D activities required to support the Change.
Key Criteria:
  • A minimum of 5+ years in a Senior Change Management role.
  • MUST have prior experience in managing across Business and Technology.
  • Experience in managing Change to align with Compliance Regulations such as CPS220/230 would be an advantage.
  • Exposure to Operational Risk and Compliance change.
  • Strong experience in establishing Change Management strategies, Change Management Plans and activities.
  • Prior experience across Training & L&D activities in preparation for Change.
  • PROSCI Certification & Lean Change would be an advantage.
  • Experienced in designing and leading Communication material to support and facilitate Change.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Engagement and Communication skills.
