About the Role:

We're seeking a versatile, creative, and digitally savvyMarketing & Content Producerto lead and execute our content and campaign strategy. This hybrid role involves time at our centres inDubbo and Orange, remote work from yourSydney base or home office, and collaboration with our leadership team.

Your role will include:

  • Video content– Plan, film and edit short-form and long-form videos at centres and events
  • Advertising & social– Run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to attract new families and staff
  • Website & SEO– Build and update landing pages, blogs, and support website improvements
  • Branding– Develop marketing materials, pitch decks, presentations and flyers that align with our brand identity
  • Social media management– Own the content calendar, engagement, and growth strategy
  • Copywriting– Create copy for blogs, ads, captions, and print materials
  • AI tools– Leverage platforms like ChatGPT, Canva AI, and automation tools to enhance creativity and efficiency
We're Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has 2+ years experience in marketing, content creation, or digital media
  • Knows how to shoot and edit engaging video (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
  • Has experience with SEO and building landing pages (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, Wix)
  • Can confidently manage digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Understands brand strategy, visual storytelling, and presentation design
  • Writes clearly, creatively, and with a warm, engaging tone
  • Is organised, self-motivated, and can manage projects independently
  • Is open to travel betweenSydney, Dubbo and Orange, with more locations coming soon
