Job Title: UEE30820 - Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician Trainer

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Electrotechnology Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the IUEE30820 - Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician Trainer course, ensuring students gain practical and theoretical knowledge to select, install, set up, test, fault find, repair and maintain electrical systems and equipment in buildings and premises.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on various Electrotechnology topics.
  • Develop and update course materials to reflect current industry standards and practices.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Mentor and support students throughout their learning journey.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in electrotechnology.
Qualifications
  • UEE30820 - Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician Trainer, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in Electrician is an advantage.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/40122)
  • Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
