Electrotechnology Trainer Position

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Electrotechnology Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions on various Electrotechnology topics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences, developing course materials that reflect current industry standards and practices, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver expert training sessions on Electrotechnology topics.
- Develop and update course materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Assess student performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Mentor students throughout their learning journey.
- UEE30820 - Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician Trainer or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience as an Electrician is highly desirable.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/40122).
- Previous teaching or training experience is highly valued.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Able to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
- A collaborative and supportive work environment.
