We are now looking for a top tier Executive Assistant to become their trusted partner someone who can anticipate needs before they arise keep operations running smoothly and bring a sharp eye for detail to everything they do. This is a role where confidence organisation and discretion are key and where no two days are the same.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...

As Executive Assistant to the CEO you will be the go to person for everything from managing complex diaries and international travel to preparing board documents coordinating high level meetings and ensuring deadlines are met. You will act as the CEOs gatekeeper managing priorities and ensuring they are set up for success in every meeting and engagement. You will liaise with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally representing the CEO with professionalism and confidence. Your role will also involve preparing presentations drafting communications and ensuring key projects move forward on time and on budget. Above all you will be an extension of the CEO anticipating needs providing strategic support and enabling them to focus on driving the organisation forward.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE?...

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C Suite executives
• Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities seamlessly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• A confident professional presence and the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive problem solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
• Discretion integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
