As an Industry Manager (Media Agencies) at ShopFully, you will play a key role in developing and managing relationships with media agencies and key advertising partners. You will work strategically to promote our digital advertising solutions, ensuring that brands and retailers maximize their drive-to-store strategies. Your role will require a blend of strategic leadership, business development, and account management.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with assigned agencies, acting as a trusted partner;
  • Develop and execute client plans with clear KPIs and revenue objectives, ensuring smooth campaign delivery;
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell to maximize revenue growth while achieving both individual and team sales targets;
  • Monitor client performance, analyze data and market trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies;
  • Manage a solid business pipeline, providing accurate reporting and forecasting to management;
  • Collaborate across internal teams to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that meet client needs;
  • Keep CRM systems up to date and ensure accurate use of Ad-Point data;
  • Invest in continuous professional development and maintain a balanced approach to work and personal growth.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management within media agencies, digital advertising, or ad-tech companies;
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams;
  • Previous experience or strong interest in Business Development;
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to influence others in a business setting;
  • Experience in stakeholder management up to C-level;
  • Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively;
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide insights.
Salary

SALARY RANGE : A$ 125,000 - 160,000 (€70,000 - 90,000) fixed annual gross per year + variable
