The Opportunity

An exciting permanent full-time opportunity exists for a Senior Advisor – Marketing & Communications. Join a small yet dynamic and highly skilled team, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful marketing and communication campaigns across ANZ.

As the Senior Advisor – Marketing & Communications, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders through proactive engagement and strategic communication. You will be a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment and consistency across all messaging and brand touch points.

You will also role model RBG's values, ethics, and code of conduct, ensuring all business activities reflect these guiding principles.

The successful applicant will have:

• Have succeeded in a similar role, owning marketing and communication strategy, typically with 5+ years' strategic marketing experience;
• Produce quality outcomes within an environment with competing demands and tight deadlines;
• Develop and implement marketing and communication plans;
• Work on marketing and communication systems and processes.
• Ability to work autonomously, flexibly and with remotely located teams

• Exceptional strategic marketing and communication skills;
• Vision, drive and focus to deliver strategies and programs;
• Excellent time management skills to work effectively and efficiently toward deadlines;
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills;
• Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple tasks;
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a culturally diverse and multi-disciplinary environment;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Well-developed analytical and research skills;
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills including highly developed interpersonal skills;
• Strong work ethic, positive team attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work autonomously and work as part of a global team.
