About this opportunity

Dovida is seeking a permanent full time Finance officer for our Melbourne Inner South and Bayside office which is based in Heatherton. This role includes a mixture of accounts receivable and accounts payable experience. The role would primarily focus on accurately processing and timely paying vendor invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting the team improve workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process accounts receivable
Process accounts payable
Month end reconciliation and reporting
Process monthly client and HCP invoices
Prepare administration and financial reports for management as required including accounts receivable, accounts payable and operational scorecards.
Manage aging debtors to ensure all invoices are paid within an appropriate timeframe.

About you

Demonstrated experience in both accounts payable & accounts receivable
Strong written and verbal communication
Advanced Excel skills.
Accurate data entry and administration skills.
Ability to work independently.
Cert II or higher in accounting and bookkeeping is desirable
