We're on the lookout for a Partnerships Coordinator to join our dynamic Partnerships team in Sydney. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the delivery of advertising campaigns across Foxtel Media's platforms.

Reporting to the Group Partnerships Director, this role is pivotal in in providing essential administrative support to the Sydney Partnerships team by managing and executing client campaigns and building strong relationships with our channel and agency partners.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about media, advertising, and innovation.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day advertising information and campaign execution across Fox Sports and Entertainment (e.g. Lifestyle, Showcase).
• Provide ongoing project and administrative support to the Partnerships Integration team
• Campaign management and production implementation across Fox Sports, and General Entertainment Channels i.e Lifestyle.
• Provide line manager with day to day project support.
• Efficient in the curation of presentations through PowerPoint
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, clients, and channel partners to ensure exceptional service and campaign delivery.
• Contribute to creative strategy by generating ideas, participating in brainstorms, and developing presentations that bring client briefs to life.
• Communicate campaign updates effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering credibility and trust.
• Collaborate with the wider Sales and Partnerships team including broadcast and digital sales teams.
  
  

Skills And Experiences We're Looking For

• 1 year of media experience or a recent graduate ready to thrive in a fast-paced Sport and Entertainment media environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging with various stakeholders
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-moving team environment
• Genuine passion for media, sport, entertainment, and evolving trends in consumer engagement
• Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within media sales
• Demonstrates strong time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise workload and manage internal/external expectations
• Demonstrate focus & clear decision making ability under pressure and also have the ability to take direction and adapt quickly
• Working knowledge of Microsoft programs
