Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Budgy Smuggler Full time

Location: Brookvale NSW (Budgy Smuggler HQ)

Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

We're on the lookout for a Partnerships Coordinator to jump in and help keep the wheels turning on our brand deals, licenses and collabs. Think of this role as the engine room that makes the big stuff happen; from getting products submitted to the NRL, AFL and Cricket Australia, to keeping our CRM looking sharp, to making sure partners get what they need, when they need it.

It's a role that's part admin, part creative, and a whole lot of teamwork. You'll be the one making sure the right gear, logos and approvals are all lined up so that the magic can happen out in the world.

You don't need to know it all already; this role is for someone super organised, with an eye for detail, and keen to get stuck into the business side of sport, lifestyle, and brand partnerships. You'll be surrounded by a marketing crew who thrive on each other's energy and get a kick out of building epic brand partnerships.

If you're organised, curious, and up for joining a team that works hard, celebrates wins, and occasionally rocks up to meetings barefoot… this could be your gig.

  • Ensure all required assets (product shots, logos, copy, approvals) are collated and delivered on time.
  • Track product submissions, changes, and approvals to meet deadlines.
Reporting & Insights

  • Coordinate with talent, partners, and media channels to deliver consistent, on-brand content that maximises reach and engagement.
  • Support execution and delivery of campaigns through clear communication, organisation, and tracking across teams and partners.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–2 years' experience in partnerships, coordination, marketing, or licensing (internships considered).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn CRM systems.
  • Experience with licensing processes and product submissions.
  • Familiarity with sporting codes, brand partnerships, or apparel/lifestyle industries.
  • A passion for sport, creativity, and brand-building.
