Receptionist (Full-Time)

We represent prestigious and dynamic automotive names, including General Motors Specialty Vehicles, Jaguar, Land Rover, BYD Automotive, and Isuzu Trucks. The Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service, managing service bookings, performing general reception duties, and supporting our sales team with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and managing check-ins with a professional and friendly approach.

• Handling phone and email enquiries, redirecting calls as necessary.

• Coordinating service bookings and scheduling for our diverse range of vehicles.

• Providing administrative support to the sales team.

• Managing customer waiting areas and ensuring a pleasant reception environment.

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle brands and services to assist with customer enquiries.

• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties to support dealership operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a reception or customer service role.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.

• A high degree of organisation and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• A welcoming and professional demeanour.

• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Knowledge of the automotive industry would be highly regarded but is not essential.
