The position description is as below:

· Greet and assist Guests in a friendly and professional manner.

· Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision and efficiency.

· Manage phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence to ensure top-tier communication standards.

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.

Ideal experience you bring:

· Previous experience in a hotel front desk or reception role

· Effective communication and people skills

· Proficiency in MS Office, Opera, Night Audit, and hotel management software

· Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Your flexibilityto work a combination of days, nights and weekends will be highly regarded.
