Project Co-ordinator or Project Manager – High-End Residential Housing

TRS Resourcing is currently sourcing skilled Project Coordinators and/or Project Managers for bespoke residential construction projects in Toorak. With project values ranging between $15 m and $30m, this is an outstanding opportunity to work on some of the most luxurious homes in one of Victoria's most sought-after locations.
Position Details
  • Job Title: Project Co-ordinator or Project Manager – High-End Residential Housing.
  • Location: Toorak, VIC
  • Employment Type: Permanent Full Time ($110,00 - $160,000 Inc Super) or 6-Month Contract (Temp to Perm) on TRS Books
  • Hours: 40–55 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project schedules and milestones.
  • Interpret drawings and coordinate with consultants and trades.
  • Oversee project budgets and implement cost control strategies.
  • Manage resources and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Uphold quality control and regulatory compliance on-site.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
  • Resolve issues quickly and effectively to reduce risk.
About You
  • Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in high-end residential project management.
  • Strong understanding of custom construction and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficient with project management tools and scheduling software.
Desirable
  • Knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula region and local suppliers.
  • Passion for delivering sustainable and visually iconic residential projects.
