Chemron, a 100% Australian-owned chemical manufacturer, is hiring a self-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. Based in Greater Sydney/Illawarra, you'll play a pivotal role in acquiring new business and building long-lasting client partnerships across diverse industries.

Your Role

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new B2B deals.
  • Conduct in-person client visits weekly.
  • Use HubSpot to manage your pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure clients receive the right solution.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience with full-cycle ownership.
  • Strong communication and self-management.
  • Comfortable working in the field and managing a territory.
  • Curious, ethical, and customer-focused.
