What You Will Do
  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) across home, school, and community environments.
  • Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide training, coaching, and capacity building to a multi-disciplinary team
  • Monitor and review the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare comprehensive, compliant documentation and reports within required timeframes.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and evidence-based practice.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Behaviour Support Clinicians.
  • Maintain a varied caseload alongside leadership responsibilities
