Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Speech Pathologist to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adults, and seniors, to assess their needs and develop personalised intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
- Facilitate therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' daily living skills.
- Collaborate with clients (adults), families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based approaches in Speech Therapy.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy.
- 2 Years NDIS experience
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for helping individuals enhance their independence and quality of life.
- Be a member of SPA
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
