The Opportunity

Based in Malaga, WA, the Administration Officer's purpose is to contribute to achieving business goals and objectives by providing high-quality support in administrative duties and dealing professionally with customers.

This position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, initially, with the potential to go permanent.

  • Deliver excellent administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites.
  • Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies and finance timelines.
  • Strive to continuously enhance service delivery by learning new technical skills and improving existing capabilities.

  • Intermediate competency with MS Office Suite of products, particularly Excel
  • Ability to influence and manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders
  • Salesforce experience would be beneficial
