Step into a hands-on role with one of Australia's most iconic franchise food retailers. As an Operations Specialist, you'll be out in the field visiting Bakeries, working side by side with franchise owners and their teams to ensure operational excellence.

Reporting to a Franchise Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in executing initiatives and maintaining high standards across a group of Bakeries – covering everything from merchandising and customer service to food safety and product quality.

The role

• Regularly visit stores to assess and support compliance with operational standards.
• Assess sales performance and communicate key sales performance insights; help implement remedial actions for lower performers.
• Implement directives from the Franchise Consultant to improve business standards and efficiency (e.g. rostering, cost control, production planning).
• Support teams to deliver exceptional service, maintain hygiene standards, and optimise product quality.
• Ensure consistent merchandising execution and alignment with marketing campaigns.
• Assist with training teams and embedding best-practice operational processes.

What We're Looking For

• Retail or food operations experience (multi-site exposure an advantage).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold brand standards.
• Hands-on problem solver with great communication skills.
• Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable with regular travel.
• Passionate about food, customer experience, and operational excellence.
