Client Services Manager

• Provides clinical oversight, leadership and expertise to the care/service team by fostering and promoting best practices
• Directs the regular health assessments of prospective and current residents to maintain quality of life in the appropriate lifestyle option
• Assists in the recruitment, orientation, training and professional development of team members
• Provides leadership to and direct supervision of employees in the area of responsibility
• Ensures compliance with organizational brand standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Responds to government inspection/investigation reports and maintains licensing standards
• Promotes and leads a safety culture

• Lead and supervise the care/service team to ensure delivery of high-quality resident care
• Direct nursing and administrative activities to support daily operations
• Coordinate health assessments and quality-of-life initiatives for residents
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing professional development of staff
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Maintain readiness for regulatory inspections and licensing standards
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement

• A Practical Nurse diploma and current registration with the Provincial Association of Practical Nurses
• Passionate about working with seniors; experience in a seniors' living or long-term care environment
• Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience
• Experience in a supervisory/leadership role
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate
• Ability to provide a clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening upon hire
• Proficiency with related computer software applications
