Overview

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional training programs to retail teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand storytelling
  • Coach and mentor store personnel to deliver a world-class customer experience
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure brand consistency
  • Analyse sales data and provide insights to optimise strategies
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners, fostering collaboration and mutual success.
About You
  • Proven experience in retail management or training within the beauty industry, preferably with luxury brands
  • Strong understanding of beauty trends and customer needs
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to key locations in Melbourne CBD, Chadstone, Highpoint and Doncaster
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and retail best practices
