Role Description
We are seeking a driven and experienced
High Performance Goalkeeper Coach
to join our team from

. This role will focus on coaching, mentoring, and preparing goalkeepers aged 16+ for NPL, A-League Academy, and professional environments.
As part of Evolve's coaching team, you will deliver high-quality sessions, support goalkeeper development both on and off the field, and contribute to creating a performance-driven culture.
Qualifications
- Football Coaching and Soccer Coaching skills
- Experience in Scouting and Training
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong understanding of goalkeeper-specific techniques and drills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other coaching staff
- Relevant coaching certifications are a plus
- Prior experience as a player or coach in competitive soccer is highly desirable
