The RoleThe Administrative Officer - HALT/TCP provides efficient and effective administrative and clerical support to the HALT and TCP teams.
You will need- Demonstrated ability undertake administrative duties including minute taking, development of agendas, creating invoices and reconciling accounts.
- High level of computer skills and the ability to analyse statistical data, record and maintain database information systems and create related reports using software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment with high level of interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as you can join our team.
Hours are negotiable with the successful applicant.
SalarySalary: $73,811 - $79,779 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary packaging: You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.

Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
- Previous experience using iPatient Manager (iPM), Safety Reporting and Learning System (SRLS) and Building Engineering Information Management Systems (BEIMS)
- Knowledge of medical terminology
