IDP Education, an ASX-listed organisation operating in over 30 countries, is seeking a senior People Experience Business Partner to support our Melbourne-based Corporate Office. You'll work closely with C-suite leaders who have global remits, acting as a trusted advisor across strategic and operational HR matters.

• Partner with Corporate Office leaders to deliver end-to-end HR solutions that are people-centred and commercially grounded.
• Turn business priorities into actionable people strategies that drive engagement, development, and transformation.
• Collaborate with functional experts to deliver seamless, high-impact outcomes.

• 10+ years of HR experience, including senior HR business partnering roles in complex or global organisations.

Role purpose

As a People Experience (PX) Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering core PX functions and partnering with business leaders to drive performance, engagement, and growth. You will support the execution of the PX strategy, focusing on creating great environments, meaningful experiences, and opportunities for development.
