We're looking for a rockstar Business Development Manager with a proven track record in Real estate. If you're ready to drive growth and make a massive impact at a fast-growing, high-performing agency, we want to hear from you

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

  • Up to $89,600 + uncapped commission earnings
  • Monday to Friday (NO WEEKENDS)
  • Managing client relationships and building relationships with prospective clients
  • Generating leads from the database and prospecting
  • Maintaining and updating the database

ABOUT YOU:

  • Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
  • Proven business development experience in real estate with a strong track record of closing deals
  • Skilled in building relationships and negotiating successful outcomes
  • Strategic, results-driven mindset with deep market knowledge to identify growth opportunities
