IVECO is a global manufacturer of heavy and light commercial vehicles providing commercial vehicle options in multiple segments in the market.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager - Light Commercial Vehicle. Your key responsibility will be to identify, actively prospect and develop national fleet business in the commercial space, either directly or in partnership with the Iveco dealer network.
This role is either Melbourne or Sydney based with some interstate travel required.
Role Responsibilities:
· Achieve wholesale and retail annual Fleet Sales Target for LCV
· Achieve Fleet Market Share aspiration
· Actively show sales activity via CRM/Customer logs/Quotes etc
· Work closely to maximise Dealer fleet opportunities and support fleet programs.
· Ensure effective Account Management of all existing fleet customers and provide excellent customer service.
· Target strategic Fleet Opportunities ensuring engagement of the Dealer Network in terms of customer experience through the ownership life cycle.
· Prospect new Fleet opportunities in key segments.
· Execute complex tender submissions with collaboration of key stakeholders.
· Ensure inclusive and transparent environment to develop a high performing team
· Ensure inclusive engagement between the LCV team and the Truck team to ensure absolutely seamless experience for customers and network.
· Work closely with Sales Planning Team to ensure effective and successful approach to monthly wholesale targets, seamless ordering cycles and customer deliveries
· Lead by example
· Support the team in market analysis, client relationships and opportunities to drive revenue through multiple streams of a transaction
· Ensure customer fleet stock and pool stock is managed with timely and accurate reporting, paired with strong action plans to move stock
· Manage and track LCV evaluation vehicles
IVECO Brand
· Improving working relationship across all parts of the Iveco business which in turn will improve customer perception of the Iveco brand.
· Working in a collaborative manner with the Dealer Network to ensure Iveco has sufficient exposure within multi franchise sales teams.
· Supporting the brand ambitions and key strategic initiatives to elevate the awareness and secure loyal customers.
