Workers Compensation Lawyer – Part-Time (12-Month Contract)

Monaco Solicitors is a leading national personal injury firm, known for client advocacy, excellence in legal services, and a collaborative workplace culture. We are seeking a Workers Compensation Lawyer to join our Sydney office on a part-time, 12-month contract (3–4 days per week), with flexibility and the potential to extend into a permanent role.

About the Role
  • Manage a portfolio of plaintiff workers compensation matters (NSW) with autonomy and team support
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers, paralegals, and colleagues in a highly supportive environment
  • Deliver strong client outcomes through effective file management and ethical practice
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2+ years PAE in NSW workers compensation law
  • Solid knowledge of IRO guidelines and experience managing IRO-funded matters
  • A genuine interest in plaintiff work with a client-first approach
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage files independently while contributing to team success
