About the Role

We\'re looking for a hands-on and proactive Production & Warehouse Supervisor to support our production and warehousing activities in our Regency Park facility.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and leadership skills, reporting directly to the National Operations Manager. You\'ll play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, high-quality production, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the hands-on production of liquid fertilizers
  • Operate production machinery
  • Supervise casual production and warehouse staff
  • Oversee receiving, storing, dispatching, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with AQIS and Biosecurity guidelines
  • Accurate Pick and Pack of Customer orders
  • Decanting of liquid goods into various pack sizes
  • Maintain FIFO stock layout and warehouse efficiency
  • Support quality control and regulatory compliance
  • Handle dangerous goods and chemical storage safely
  • Quality control
  • Packaging and Labelling
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers when required
  • Shipping and Despatch of goods
  • Safety and Compliance
  • ERP system updates as required
  • Support in maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Basic machinery maintenance (no experience necessary)
  • Any other tasks as required and appropriate for the role
What You\'ll Need
  • Physically fit and capable of safely lifting up to 25kg
  • Forklift license and unrestricted driver\'s license
  • Experience in warehousing, inventory, and production
  • Experience handling bulk liquids with pumps and hoses
  • Knowledge of Work Health Safety practices and manual handling
  • Familiarity with chemical handling and Safety Data Sheets
  • Able to understand and use Standard Operating Procedures
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • AQIS Quarantine Approved Premises certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Confined space certificate (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
