Production & Warehouse Operator

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a supportive team environment? We are seeking a motivated Production & Warehouse Operator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of production and warehouse activities, including but not limited to:

• Collaborating effectively with team members to meet production goals.
• Cleaning bulk containers, site areas, and equipment.
• Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operating forklifts and production machinery in accordance with safety procedures.
• Accurately collating orders for dispatch.
• Producing correct labels for products, including GHS & DG labelling.
• Collecting product samples for laboratory analysis and assisting in sample preparation.
• Preparing and setting up raw materials and equipment to meet production specifications.
• Operating and monitoring production machinery across various stations as required.
• Ensuring products meet strict quality, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Accurately completing production records and reports.
• Troubleshooting and resolving production issues within your skillset, escalating when necessary.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment.
• Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental procedures and regulations.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment (preferred).
• A current forklift licence.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred and will be highly regarded.
• Proficient math ability including an understanding of measurements and weights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
• A team-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
