We're seeking an accomplished Financial Controller to lead finance operations within a dynamic, multi-entity environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate reporting, robust compliance, and the ongoing development of a high-performing shared services team. An outlier in the financial services sector, this business has achieved extraordinary success, demonstrated by its rapid and sustained growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee statutory reporting, consolidation, and financial analysis
  • Lead the month-end process and ensure accuracy of P&L and balance sheets
  • Manage audits, internal controls, and compliance with accounting standards
  • Drive efficiency through automation, NetSuite ERP enhancements, and process optimisation
  • Develop and mentor finance professionals across multiple locations
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide insights, forecasts, and cash flow management

About you:

  • Degree-qualified with CA/CPA (or equivalent)
  • At least 7 years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a controller role
  • Expertise in NetSuite ERP and financial consolidation
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage shared service teams
  • Strong knowledge of AASB, tax compliance, and audit management
