About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Senior Cluster Manager to lead and inspire five of our Sydney teams. Working in partnership with the Boutique Managers and Regional Manager, the successful candidate will support the operations and strategic development of all five boutiques. The successful applicant will have strong managerial skills, the ability to effectively run the daily operations of the boutique/s, VIP, eventing and clientelling experience, particularly in skincare, and the passion required to inspire the teams to achieve set KPI's and budgets. This is a Full-Time Permanent Position on a rotating roster, at 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire five Sydney boutique teams and collaborate with Boutique Managers and Regional Manager to support operations and strategic development of all five boutiques.
  • Manage the daily operations of the boutique(s), VIP services, events and clientelling (with a focus on skincare).
  • Inspire the teams to achieve set KPI targets and budgets.
About You

Qualifications and requirements for the role include the following:

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years retail management experience
  • A strong business acumen to work to budgets, create weekly rosters and analyse reports based on KPIs
  • Demonstrated experience with managing across multiple boutiques is desirable
  • Ability to achieve and exceed targets and set objectives at a boutique level and across the region
  • Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Team management and team development experience – the ability to lead and coach teams to success
