The Bid Manager is responsible for managingthe end-to-end bid lifecycle, ensuring Mivada delivers compelling,high-quality, and competitive proposals to clients. This role will leverageAI-driven tools to streamline bid processes, enhance proposal quality, andaccelerate submission timelines. The ideal candidate will combine proven bidmanagement experience with demonstrated expertise in applying AI for contentgeneration, data insights, and automation in bid development.

· Lead the planning,coordination, and execution of all bids, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.

· Establish and manage bidschedules, storyboards, and review cycles to meet deadlines.

· Facilitate bid/no-bid decisionswith senior leadership.

· Maintain a bid library ofreusable content, case studies, and credentials.

· Use AI-powered tools to createhigh-quality, client-tailored bid content efficiently.

· Apply AI for data analysis,win-themes development, and risk/competitor insights.

· Ensure human oversight andcompliance with all AI-assisted content.

· Work closely with Sales,Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, and Marketing to produce winningproposals.

· Coordinate inputs fromtechnical and commercial teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with clientrequirements.

· Drive continuous improvement ofbid processes and templates using AI and automation.

· Conduct lessons learnedsessions post-submission and post-award.

· Track win/loss performance andgenerate insightful dashboards using AI and analytics.

· Ensure compliance with Mivadabranding, tone, and legal requirements.

Requirements

· 5+ years' experience in BidManagement / Proposal Management within IT Consulting, SaaS, or SystemsIntegration.

· Strong understanding oftendering processes, government and enterprise procurement, and contractstructures.

· Demonstrated AI expertise incontent generation (ChatGPT, Writer, Jasper), workflow automation (MS PowerAutomate, RPA), and data-driven insights.

· Excellent written communicationskills with ability to craft persuasive executive summaries and win themes.

· Experience managing multiplebids simultaneously under tight deadlines.

· Advanced Microsoft Office /PowerPoint / Excel and bid management tools (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio, Qvidian)preferred.
