About The Opportunity

The Industrial Occupier Services team are looking to employ a National Analyst to be based within the Sydney Office.

An opportunity exists for the successful candidate to join the Savills growing Industrial Occupier Services team and become part of a vibrant working environment. The candidate will work closely with the Directors of the team and have the opportunity to grow their skillset and gain valuable industry experience through exposure to a broad range of national and multinational occupiers (and landlords) across Australia's industrial markets.

The role provides an excellent opportunity for the candidate to increase their knowledge not only in the Industrial real estate sector, but in the supply chain, automation, and location intelligence space across Australia.

Key responsibilities will include;

Assist with the preparation of submission documentation for securing new business.
In conjunction with other team members, assist with the management of client portfolios (tenant focused) which would incorporate:
- Analysis of their portfolios and or single asset exposure
- Strategy preparation
- Transaction management
- Reporting
- Financial modelling
Preparation of property market / nodal reports in both regional and metropolitan areas.
Maintain knowledge of all industrial listings and transactions.

What Sets You Apart

We would love to talk to both experienced real estate campaigners and junior Analysts for this role and are open to structuring the role to fit your requirements.

Minimum 1 year experience in a real estate environment.
Attention to detail and an analytical mind that can observe trends from research data.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with information memorandums and submissions.
Financial modelling experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
